You can return unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us via the live chat (located in the bottom right corner of the online shop) to receive your return label.

Please note that the entire return process can take up to four to six weeks. Refunds are issued once the return has been received and processed.

Exchanges are not possible. Please place a new order for the required items.

Please retain your proof of postage when making a return. It contains your tracking number, which may be required if the parcel cannot be located.
