Cancellation and Changes

For items for which a future availability date is specified in the shop, cancellation is still possible in many cases. Items available immediately, on the other hand, are usually processed straight away upon receipt of the order and can therefore no longer be cancelled. This also applies to subsequent changes, such as to the delivery address or the sizes ordered. If you would prefer a different size, the order can – provided processing has not yet begun – be cancelled and then placed again. If this is no longer possible, the items can be returned free of charge upon receipt using our return label.
