HAIX shoes are 100% Made in Europe. For us, this is not just lip service, but lived practice. When it says "Made in Europe" on a HAIX shoe, we assure you that it was made exclusively at our production sites in Mainburg and Mala Subotica, Croatia. Both plants are among the most modern shoe manufacturing facilities in the world.
By the way: "Made in Europe" is not only a promise of quality for us, but also stands for good working conditions, equal opportunities, sustainability and corporate responsibility.
The women's model of the HAIX Connexis Go GTX Ws LTR low is produced on a narrower last to accommodate slender feet. There are no visual or functional differences here.
The women's model is recommended for narrow feet due to the fit.
As a leisure shoe, the Connexis Go GTX Ws LTR low does not have to be tested according to the DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) standard. This means that the shoe is not subject to certification. It is therefore suitable for orthopaedic insoles. This allows the Connexis Go GTX Ws LTR low to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.
The Connexis Go GTX Ws LTR low can be cared for quickly and easily. With black shoe polish, which does not impair the breathability of the leather, and a waterproofing agent, the shoe is ready for any weather. For this model, we especially recommend our black shoe polish, which contains Sun Reflect pigments. This minimises the heating of the shoe by 20%.

Fascia is basically a packaging tissue that sits beneath the skin. It is a fascinating network of connective tissue which essentially ties everything together. Fasciae give our body a shape and act as a binding mechanism.
Without fascia, our muscles would not be able to tense. They would resemble a semi-liquid jelly.
A tape runs through the shoe, enveloping the tarsus. When you put the tape on, it puts pressure on the fascia in the bottom of your foot. The trigger points in the insole provide additional impulses. Basically, this is similar to training with a fascia roller.
Tight fasciae are loosened and the musculature is stimulated.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Connexis Go GTX Ws LTR low is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.

Nach langem Überlegen, habe ich mich für dieses Modell entschieden. Also offen gesagt waren die ersten 3 Wochen wirklich hart. Ich hatte schon befürchtet die Schuhe doch zu klein gekauft zu haben, weil sie im Vergleich zum eagle Modell sehr schmal sind. Ich habe mir zwar keine Blasen gelaufen, aber ich hatte zwischendurch das Gefühl mein kleiner Zeh stirbt ab. Das Tragen war in den ersten Wochen für mich schon sehr unangenehm. Ich habe sie dann mit Schuhspannern und regelmäßig mit Lederfett „bearbeitet“. Nach und nach haben sich die Schuhe, entgegen meiner Erwartung und Angst, doch geweitet. Ich besitze sie nun seit knapp 2 Monaten und bin sehr zufrieden. Nun sind die Schuhe sehr bequem und ich trage sie gerne. Sie sind wasserdicht, leicht zu reinigen und robust. Ich laufe bei der Arbeit ziemlich viel und meine Füße tun mir am Abend nicht weh. Ich will darauf achten, die Schuhe regelmäßig zu fetten, weil sie halt komplett aus Leder sind. Dennoch bin ich sehr zuversichtlich das die Schuhe mich noch lange glücklich machen und begleiten werden. Es hat sich für mich gelohnt. Ich wollte nur mal vorwarnen, dass die Schuhe eingelaufen werden müssen (also so war es zumindest bei mir, vielleicht haben andere es da einfacher). Ich würde sie trotzdem wieder kaufen.

Klasse Schuh nicht nur für den Dienst
Ich trage Connexis Schuhe ständig im Alltag und bin mega begeistert. Für Kundentermine sind die klassischen Freizeitschuhe nicht geeignet. Mit den CONNEXIS GO GTX WS LTR LOW bin ich nun bestens in der Firma für lange Tage gerüstet. Den ganzen Tag auf dem Gelände unterwegs ohne dass am Abend die Füße schmerzen. Ideal auch der schnelle Verschluss, rein schlüpfen und fertig.

Sehr bequem, sitzt perfekt
Da ich Probleme mit einem Fersensporn habe, habe ich mich für diesen Schuh mit Faszienstimulation entschieden, da dies gerade bei Fersensporn enorm wichtig ist. Und was soll ich sagen: der Schuh sitzt perfekt, das Laufen gelingt mir darin schmerzfrei und meine Füße sind nach einem ganzen Tag darin nicht überanstrengt. Toll finde ich den Verschluss, dass man keine Schnürsenkel hat. So ist der Schuh schnell an- und ausgezogen. Man darf nur keine kräftigen, breiten Füße haben, da die Passform doch eher schmal ist. Doch das ist bei mir zum Glück kein Problem. Sie passen perfekt, sehen gut aus, geben mir Halt und stimulieren noch dazu meine Faszien. Perfekt!

Drückt noch was und kribbelt noch.......
Zuerst mal das grösste Plus. Ich habe Schuhgrösse 42. HAIX schafft es, diese Grösse zu liefern. Bei anderen Herstellern hatte ich nach Modelleechsel plötzlich 43 oder 41. Egal ob "Fireflash gamma", Gtx oder Connexis, der Schuh wird geliefert und passt. Zum Modell: Der Schuh sitzt sehr gut, ist, im Vergleich zum GTX, etwas fester an den Seiten. Dadurch und durch die genoppte Sohle, wird der Fuss leich massiert, was gewöhnungsbedürftig aber nicht unangenehm ist. Die Schnürung ist komfortabel. Die Unterbringung der überstehenden Schuhbänder in der angebrachten Lasche verhindert ein hin und her schwingen der Bänder. Wenn die Schuhe so lange halten, wie die GTX, das waren 4 Jahre und lediglich das Innenfutter war leicht verschlissen , sind sie jeden Euro wert.
